Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Screen-printed apparel typically starts at 24 pieces, while embroidery and most promotional products start as low as 12 — and our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing has no minimum at all. If you need just a handful of items, let us know and we'll point you to the best option for small runs.

Standard production is 7–10 business days after you approve your proof and artwork. Larger or specialty orders may take a little longer. Need it fast? We offer rush service on many products — tell us your in-hands date and we'll do everything we can to hit it.

Vector files are ideal — think .AI, .EPS, or a high-resolution PDF with fonts outlined. We can also work from a high-quality .PNG (300 DPI on a transparent background). Only have a logo from your website or a business card? Send what you have. Our in-house design team can clean up or re-create most artwork, often at no extra charge, and we always send a free proof before printing.

Yes. We ship anywhere in the country and can blind-drop-ship to multiple locations for company stores and events, so every teammate gets their gear wherever they are. Tell us your in-hands date and we'll build the production schedule around it.

Yes. For screen printing and most decoration methods we color-match to your Pantone (PMS) values so your brand looks consistent across every order. Just include your PMS codes when you send artwork. Keep in mind that fabric color and material can subtly shift how an ink reads — when an exact match is critical, we recommend a pre-production sample.
