Follow what you can — we'll handle the rest and proof it before production.
Send vector when you can
AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts reproduce cleanest on apparel and signage. PNG/JPG works too if it's high-resolution.
300 DPI at full size
For raster art, aim for 300 DPI at the size it will print. Low-res web images can look pixelated once enlarged.
PMS colors for exact matches
Give us Pantone (PMS) values and we'll match inks and thread to your brand — proofed before anything runs.
Mind the minimums
Embroidery needs slightly bolder line weight than screen print. We'll flag anything too thin and suggest a fix.
Keep type legible
Very small text and fine detail can fill in on knit fabrics. We'll recommend a minimum size for each method.
