It depends on the product and decoration method. Many promotional products and full-color prints have low or no minimums, while screen-printed apparel is most cost-effective at 24+ pieces. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the best option for your budget.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) are ideal, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. Don't have print-ready art? No problem — our design team can clean up or recreate your logo as part of the proofing process.

Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days after proof approval, depending on the product and quantity. On a deadline? Ask about rush options — we've saved more than one last-minute event.

Yes. Share your PMS (Pantone) colors or brand guidelines and we'll match them as closely as each product and decoration method allows. Color accuracy is part of every proof you approve.
