By using qualityfirstllc.com you agree to these terms. The site’s content — text, graphics, and design — belongs to Quality First Branding Agency and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not final quotes. Final pricing depends on product, quantity, decoration method, and artwork, and is confirmed in a written quote before production. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise.

Proofs & production

Every order includes a free digital proof. Production begins only after you approve the proof, and the approved proof governs what we produce. Please review spelling, colors, and placement carefully — we produce exactly what you approve.

Your artwork

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it — including any licensed logos or trademarks — and you authorize us to reproduce it on the products you order. You retain all ownership of your artwork and brand assets.

Delivery & returns

We stand behind our on-time commitment and the quality of every order. Because custom-decorated products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for reasons other than defects or production errors. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality First’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
