Scott Hendrickson founded Quality First more than 25 years ago on a contrarian idea: branded merchandise should be treated like a craft, not a commodity. While much of the industry raced to the bottom on price, Scott bet on quality, service, and relationships — and built one of the most trusted branding partners in the business doing it.
A University of Kentucky alum — and a two-time member of UK's national-championship cheerleading squad — Scott has always led with energy and a team-first mindset. He grew Quality First into a full, hybrid branding agency: brand and event marketing, corporate programs, and brand consulting alongside the screen printing, embroidery, and promotional work, so a client can hand an entire program to one partner.
He has spent decades pushing the shop forward — adopting new decoration techniques, building managed company-store programs, and bringing hundreds of thousands of products online so clients can source anything in one place. The tools keep changing; the promise never does.
